Book your stay in Périgord with this comfortable cottage with a capacity of 6 people. Furnished and equipped, the house has a living area of ​​145m². It consists of a modern kitchen with hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and oven. In the living room you will find something to stretch out with armchairs and sofas.

On the night side, the cottage has 3 bedrooms: the first 2 have 2 single beds (200*90), a washbasin and a storage cupboard with a common walk-in shower and separate W.C. The third bedroom is a parental suite with a double bed (200*160), a walk-in shower and a double washbasin. You will find a washing machine in the laundry room. A private games room with billiard table, a ping-pong tennis table, a foosball, board games and bar is also available.

Finally, on the outside, two terraces will allow you to enjoy the surrounding countryside : you can have your breakfast on one side and barbecue on the other. A private swimming pool and sunbeds are also part of the equipment (cot and baby chair available free of charge on request).
